Who you’ll work with

Hello! My name is Renée, and I built IO Advising to grow alongside our clients — and to grow a team of trusted professionals in the field. I’m an HR professional with experience across industries of all sizes, and I stay personally involved in every service we provide.

My background pairs a real understanding of people with a practical, results-driven approach:

• Bachelor’s in Psychology — understanding people: what drives behavior, motivation, and the choices we make.
• Master’s in Management & Organizational Behavior — understanding organizations: how teams, leaders, and companies actually work.
• Six Sigma certified — a proven, data-driven method for improving how work gets done, cutting waste and errors so your organization runs more efficiently.

I also work with individuals navigating their own careers — resume and job-search strategy, one-on-one coaching, and guidance for navigating workplace challenges. Company or individual, the approach is the same: practical, people-first, and focused on real results.
